C | 9月10日， 10:40分自驾车到新乡高速东站口进行核酸检测之后返回牧野区张辛庄家中未再外出。9月11日，早9:00左右自驾车去红旗区建业联盟新城拿东西（出入均未见人），后于11:00左右自驾车返回牧野区张辛庄家后未再外出，亦无外人来访。2、吴某某：9月8日， 1:10与同事张某某从湖北自驾到达新乡小店高速路口，1:17在高速路口进行核酸检测，下高速后与同事张某某到红旗区建业联盟新城5号楼居住，12:30左右由同事张某某驾车前往红旗区乔谢公租房，16:00与朋友孙某某骑电动车去宝龙三楼橘子餐厅吃饭（付款时间17:06），17:30左右骑电动车到三附院做核酸（人多未做），19:00左右2人在大学城大明眼镜店配眼镜（付款时间20:56），之后返回乔谢未外出。9月9日， 10:00骑电动车去找朋友孙某某，之后两人骑车去大学城大明眼镜店取眼镜，11:00在大学城市场北街中段清真中国兰州拉面兴贸北街店吃饭（付款时间11:29，同时段有2桌人员就餐），之后返回乔谢家中。13:12打车前往高铁站乘车去山西，未再回新乡。请与张某某、吴某某上述行动轨迹有过交集的人员，不恐慌，不信谣、不传谣，及时与居住地所在社区（村委会）或疫情防控指挥部联系，配合有关部门落实各项防控措施。若有发热、乏力、干咳、腹泻、嗅（味）觉迟钝或消失等症状，要佩戴一次性医用外科口罩及时就近到发热门诊进行诊疗，就医过程中避免乘坐公共交通工具。若隐瞒不报，一旦造成不良后果，将依法追究相关人员责任。
